35 wks 3 days

I am currently 35 wks and 3 days pregnant with Baby number 2. This time first round I was in and out of the hosp. for observation and was admitted when I was 36wks and induced at 37. I am just wondering how it will all lay out this time around. So far I am not getting my dizzy spells like I was last time but everyday I am noticing more and more just how much water I am retaining. I had beginning stages for preeclampsia with my son so we shall see if things follow the same path this time around. It doesn't feel like I have to much longer to go though. I am also starting to get into that nesting stage. The last couple weeks I have been exhausted and find myself falling asleep at the drop of a dime but lately I have been up and on the move, doing a million things at once(which I shouldn't be). I never went through this with Michael so this just adds to my feelings of this lil babes' arrival soon!

Fathers Day 2011

I just want to take a moment and Thank my Husband for being the man that he is and how supportive he is to our family. He is our family's foundation.

I also want to wish my pops a happy fathers day. Miles may separate us but your still the best dad you can be and I wouldn't trade you for any other dad. I love you all the way to the moon and back pops.

Gandy Baby # 2 Shower

On Saturday June 18th, 2011 my dear friend/family Nicole and Her sister threw me an awesome baby shower for my soon to be arrival of babe # 2.

I got there late (like always)

We visited and talked about our memories of birth and what I was looking forward to and not looking forward to.

We played games which was fun watching everyone try to guess the answers

We had a yummy cake and these awesome lemon icecream in lemon bowls. (Yum)

Everyone wrote well wishes on these lil people cards for my baby book.

I opened gifts and got a lot of goodies

I had a great time and am so thankful that my friend threw this together for me in her home. Lord knows she is a clean hound and is not used to her home being out of order so Nikki thank you SO MUCH!
